What Happens at Each Event?

We keep things simple, welcoming, and high-impact so you walk away energised and inspired. Here’s how we flow:

1. Welcome & Theme of the Month
We kick off with a warm hello from your hosts, and a short & sweet theme or idea to spark inspiration—something timely and useful for your practice.

2. Three Rounds of Breakout Rooms
Yep—just like speed networking, but without the pressure.

Each round is guided by a prompt or question related to business growth, marketing, mindset, or momentum (we’re all about that AIM energy 👀).
You’ll connect with 2–4 other practitioners per room so you can actually talk—no Zoom overwhelm or huge group silence here!

3. Community Sharing
Back in the main room, we share key takeaways, wins, or a favourite tip or tool.
You’ll leave with new insights, new people in your circle, and new energy for your next steps.

Why we created this

We (Emma & Kate) were tired of doing it all alone and saw so many of our clients feeling the same way.

So we decided to create the thing we all need:
A supportive, smart, non-judgy space to show up, speak up, and grow.

As part of the Spark Change Revolution, this event is more than just networking—it’s part of a bigger vision to empower wellness practitioners, support each other in business, and amplify our collective impact on the health of our communities.

I am so glad I joined the Business Success Method. I joined as I have no experience of running my own business and didn’t feel well prepared at the end of my studies – you learn so much about nutrition but no one prepares you to be the CEO of your own business. Before I joined, I felt really stuck, I didn’t know what I needed to be doing or how to do it, I was just winging it and lacked confidence! I now feel confident, excited and supported; I know what I need to be doing and how to do it. If you are a nutritional therapist or health coach in your first 18 months of practice or you haven't seen the kind of growth and income that you want, then this programme is perfect for you.

Each week there is a 1 hour group call via zoom. This is where you will be taken through the weeks module, with time to ask questions and get support with any challenges you are having. Outside of the weekly group call there is a private Whatsapp group, with direct access to Emma where you can ask questions and get support with anything you are stuck on. As well as connect with the other participants of your cohort. The group is open Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 5pm.

You have lifetime access to all course content including the weekly recordings and any accompanying resources. Lifetime means for the lifetime of the course. If the course is discontinued then sufficient notice will be given to allow you to download and access all course content and recordings before it is removed.

There is a pay in full bonus of a 1 hour 1:1 strategy call with Additional 1:1 support can be accessed at any time by upgrading to the 1:1 option.

All BSM group calls are on Thursdays at 1.30pm. It starts on 24th April for 12 weeks finishing on July 10th. All sessions are recorded.
