This year long experience is a a hybrid of mastermind and mentorship facilitated solely by me. You'll have my full support whenever you need it but if there's something that you need that I don't cover, I'll find the perfect expert to bridge the gap. We will work closely over the year on your overall goals and vision and create a clear plan to ensure you achieve the outcomes and business success you want.
Accountability & support will be second to none. I'll be with you every step of the way, using my years of experience and expertise to make sure you're on track and help you to succeed.
Monthly 1:1 Strategy Session with Emma to work on your business growth and create your plan and goals for that month.
A 12 month personalised business growth strategy mapped out on a Trello board and updated monthly with goals and actions, so you can track progress and take action.
2 x Monthly Group Calls for Hot Seat coaching and Q&A's with Emma and your fellow masterminders to help you move forward, identify opportunities and learn from each others experiences.
Maximum of 8-10 Masterminders so that I can get to know you and your business as well as I know my own.
Unlimited access to me Mon - Thurs via direct message to support you as you need it.
Group Slack channel so you can keep in touch and access support from each other, and from me, exactly when you need it.

I (Emma) will review your application and if I feel I am able to support you and confident this mastermind will work for you and your business, I'll accept your application. You'll then receive an email with your contract to sign and a link to make your first / payment. Once completed, your space will be secure and I will contact you again before the programme start date with further onboarding instructions.
T.E.N. welcomes a range of business niches and sizes. It's geared towards individuals who want to grow their business however the starting point for that can be mixed. In terms of monthly revenue it's aimed at NT's looking to get beyond 5k months.
