Your licence includes 12 months access. After the first year your practitioner licence continues automatically at £15/month (12 month minimum commitment) so you can keep running the programme in your practice.

RESET READY is designed to be a programme practitioners run repeatedly within their practice, rather than a one-off course.
Whilst there are no specific vegan or vegetarian versions there are many plant based recipes (41 vegan and 17 vegetarian) and it is very easy to swap out eggs, meat and fish for other sources of protein and as the resources are fully customisable you could easily do this.
RESET ready can work for any niche - all of the recipes and guidelines are fully customisable and so if you wanted to add in any specific information relating to your niche it can be easily done.
